A limit of
one online entry per day is allowed per individual and per e-mail address for
each separate online promotion unless otherwise specified.
Subsequent entries determined to be submitted from the same email address or
from the same individual using multiple email addresses in violation of this
rule will be declared ineligible.
All entries
received by 11:59 P.M., ET, 2/16/10 from this e-mail Bulletin will be eligible
for our $10 Million SuperPrize® (Giveaway No. 1400). You will
automatically be entered into this Giveaway by completing and submitting the
sweepstakes entry form. Upon receipt of your entry, a SuperPrize Number will be
assigned to you at Publishers Clearing House headquarters.
The SuperPrize
Number associated with the winning Bulletin/promotion that matches the winning
number for Giveaway No. 1400 wins.
You may receive
multiple entry opportunities into our ongoing Giveaways. Various
presentations of these Giveaways using various prizes/prize values may be
presented to the public. The winning entry will be eligible for the prize
configuration promoted in the Bulletin or pch.com offer from which it comes. A
winner's prize may be supplemented up to the maximum amount of the Giveaway at
PCH's option.
Unless otherwise
specified, if the matching winning number from a Giveaway has not been returned
at giveaway end, the minimum prize registered amount alone is guaranteed to be
awarded to an alternate winner by second chance random drawing among eligible
entries at giveaway end. In the unlikely event the winning number from
a winning Bulletin/promotion is duplicated, there will be a random drawing among
such inadvertently duplicated numbers to determine a winner. In case of a
dispute, winning entry will be deemed made by the holder of an established
e-mail account associated with the entry.
Prizes will be
paid as follows: Win $10,000,000.00 from Giveaway No. 1400 and you will
receive $225,000.00 a year for 29 years and a final payment of $3,475,000.00 in
the 30th year. Present value of Giveaway No. 1400 will vary depending on
interest rates and market conditions at the time of the award.
Winners will be
notified by mail or in person at our option. Prize award date(s)
promoted may be adjusted to accommodate travel arrangements and scheduling
conflicts. Entrant named on winning entry will be considered the winner. Winner
must be located and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility within 30 days or we will
select an alternate winner. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use
winner’s name and photograph in television commercials, in website promotions,
and for other promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law. Parent or Legal
Guardian must act for a minor. In the event a winner from one of our promotions
comes from Canada, a skills test must be successfully completed in order for the
winner to claim the prize.
Board of Judges'
decisions are final. Giveaways may be ended early for promotional
purposes, and if so, all eligible entries will be included and the winner
selection method will not change. Taxes are winner's responsibility. Giveaway
No. 1400 is open to U.S. and Canadian residents; however online entry is only
open to U.S. residents. U.S. and Canadian residents can enter ongoing Giveaways
open to them by writing to the address shown below. Principals and employees of
Publishers Clearing House and pch.com, their affiliates and subsidiaries, their
contest processors, their immediate families and the Board of Judges are not

disqualify any entry determined to be the result of tampering with the pch.com
system or in violation of the letter and spirit of the official rules. Any use
of programmed, automatic or scripted entry methods will void all associated
entries and individuals using such methods may be disqualified for future entry

Write-In Entry
Instructions. You may write in as often as you like to enter our
ongoing Publishers Clearing House sweepstakes at the address below. Sweepstakes
eligibility will be based on date the write-in entry is received. Just mail each
entry separately. We do not accept entries from a third party or entries sent in
bulk.
